As it says in conversation on your screenshot then the Neutron 4 were free if registering by September 30th . It is not qualifying only buying if not registering by the date.
However I do not work for N.I. and if N.I. should be able to help then only then N.I. can. Please contact N.I. Account Support ASAP and ask them if they are able to add it to your account. I will also ask if @Jeremy_NI could you please follow up on this if necessary in your opinion ?
