I just upgraded to Komplete 15 Collector's Edition - how do I install?

I just now upgraded to Komplete 15 Collector's Edition, but I am not seeing it in Native Access, even after adding the new serial number. Should I see it as a separate entity there, or do I need to individually download each product?

K15 CE is not a product - it's a license for a collection of stuff.

So if you had K14 CE prior to the upgrade - all buying K15 CE does is add a bunch of new products for you within Native Access.

On the NI website - in the Komplete 15 area - there is a cool "What's New for Me" area where you can see what K15 CE brings you over K14 CE

Those are the new things you should see within NA
