Did you recive voucher and code for plugin-alliance?

Hey, after Komplete 15 CE Registration there is no e-mails with voucher and code for plugin alliance. It's 4 days already, so im asking you - is this normal? @Matthew_NI ?

At least the PA voucher should be listed in your My products, serials & downloads at the very bottom, under "Third party products". Do you see it?

No , that is not normal , please check your spam email and the content of your email. Also then please check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , and see if the Plugin Alliance Bundle for KOMPLETE 1X COLLECTOR'S EDITION is listed as Not registered either under N.I. serials list or under third party list

If you can not find the serial then please ask Account Support .

Support send me code but I it was wrong code and it’s no valid for my license. Waiting for another answer. @Monochrome

@PoorFellow please do not tell me what I can do or not. Jeremy was on vacations when I was checking his profile - now he is back at office. Asked for help not savoir vivre advices. If somebody is so busy - admin should block tagging for those accounts. 👍💪

Actually that is part of what I have to do. Also then both Matthew_NI is always a very busy person and he does not work in neither customer care nor in the support department, so tagging Matthew_NI for trivial support matters such as the one from you here is always wrong. There are more people from Customer Care around, while Jeremy_NI has been away then FYI Mert_NI has been filling in !
