Install Komplete 7 and 10
How can I install Komplete 7 and 10 by using Native Access?
I already added serial numbers in Native access and enabled " Show discontinued products" but can not find installation.

I am sorry but I do not possess the exact information with respect to compatibility. But here is some general help :
If your serial registered successfully in Native Access then you should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as Registered Products.
Then , you neither tell what is your OS or what is your version number of Native Access , but if you are using a newer version of Native Access then Native Access might not show products that is not compatible with your OS,
Also if your product needs Service Center to activate ? or has otherwise been declared EOL then it might not show either. , Ref. : Service Center and Legacy Products End of Life
Other than that then if products lists on account and are not in Native Access then you can also try to reset Native Access. Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Komplete 7 was released in 2010 and Komplete 11 was released in 2014 - most (if not all) products from these historical releases required activation tools that are not longer available. Komplete 7 was most certainly using Service Center - long gone years ago and Komplete 11 was probably under Native Access v1
You may be able to still activate a small selection of product from from K11 (like Battery etc) using Native Access 3.14.0 but not a lot of the others.
