Is anyone having luck downloading Komplete 15 today?

Every single one of the downloads/installs is failing on me. I'm sure it must have to do with NI's download server load, but c'mon — the download demand was 100% predictable and 100% under the control of NI. Notifications of availability could have been staggered, additional server capacity could have been added, etc.

I've been queueing and re-queueing all the new Komplete 15 products in Native Access for hours now and not a single one has finished successfully. Not a good experience to say the least.

    This is the same experience as any first day on any other big release.

    There is only so much bandwidth to go around - it is not limitless.

    the thing thats worrying me is most of the content from k15 collectors edition is missing its only showing about 15 products but i should have way more than that.

    Noticed that here too - there is some major slowdowns being reported with Native Access displaying the wrong product counts - based on what you have in your NI account and what you see on screen

    Over here - I have exactly 268 products on any given day in NA - but moments ago it was only showing 99. After leaving NA up and running for a few minutes - all my entries eventually appeared.

    There must be major server issues today as I have never seen this specific "late loading" Product listing happen before…

    I am trying to download a Sessions Instrument. Download failed twice and each time Native Access then failed to show the new (to me) products - and all the Sessions Instruments I've already downloaded (or had available for download) prior to today.

    I’m going to wait a few hours before purchasing the Komplete 15 CE update. Hope they get their servers running smoother soon.

    Downloads failing over and over for two days. I sure miss the days when NI would send me the hard disk with everything on it. Too bad they no longer do this, it's always more reliable than trying to download!

    k15 not one instrument as download this is nearly 2 days help ?????????

    I am also dealing with missing instruments for Ultimate 15 upgrade. Some show up just fine and others are simply missing. I'm not sure why that would happen.
