new computer: all my expansions (except those new in Komplete 15) says locate, how to fix it?

I have a "new" computer ask my old disk died so I have clean install of Windows 11. I waited 2 weeks to install Native Access and its software as I was waiting for Komplete 15 was coming anyways. Now all the new stuff is available to install, but all the old sounds says "locate" but they are not available on my computer. How can I reset this so I can install them again?

    I had the same thing. I had changed the content location hoping to dowmload straight to my external ssd. I reset to the location default which seemed to fix it.

    Not exactly the same I think but now it is working. Maybe the Native servers was too busy because after a few hours it seemed to fix it self. So installing all from the start now

    Same thing only all instruments stopped working in KK plugin version, seems fine in standalone. After 6 hours working on it and no response from NI, still no solution known. Unfortunately this has happened every time I've upgraded, this will be the last!
