Traktor pro 3.5.3 issue

Hi,

Recently updated to pro 3.5.3 ahead of a gig, and PRO 3 will not recognise the controller anymore.

Gone through all the usual tips to remedy - re-installed the software, drivers, checked firmware update, removed USB from device manager, used other USB cables etc etc..

I have looked in the task manager and seen that NIHardwareservice.exe and NIHostintegrationagent were stopped but they would not switch back on.

Reinstalled Pro3 again and now both are missing from Task manager.

Does anyone know how to re-install these and get Pro3 working again?

I had read using Controller editor can reinstall them but this is not compatible with S4 Mk3?

Hey I see that you reached out to our support and was able to resolve the issue in the end.

Update on behalf of the OP: The solution is to reinstall the controller editor without the S4 MK3 plugged in.
