Mapping: Traktor Pro 3 + Mixfader (DJiT)

Hi all, can you tell me how I can map my wireless Mixfader to a crossfader in Trakor Pro 3? I can't figure it out, but on YouTube I found a video of a guy using a similar setup.

Should be easy peasy. Do you know the basics of the Learn button of the controller manager?

The command is located at:

Add In → Mixer → X Fader → Position

I found the way to the crossfader setting, but there are a million more buttons and settings, and I don't understand what to do next. In Serato you just need to enter the Midi setup mode, just press on the crossfader, it will go into memorization mode and then push/move crossfader on midi-hardware. In the Tractor I pressed everything - nothing happens!

Good job. mapping the crossfader. Traktor is different and much more powerful, it has proper midi mapping interface every other DJ app should have. If you need help locating other commands let us know.

You must have misunderstood me, I ended up not being able to map it, in the screenshots above I just showed the settings I tried, BUT NOTHING WORKED!

I don't know the mixfader, but on the screenshot above you did not active midi.

Is that not a button you can click on?

And you have to keep the program open.

You are sending to All Ports which is not a problem if you don't have too many controllers connected but to play safe just select your unit name at in-port and out-port of the Controller Manager.

Additionaly in your screenshot it looks like the Learn function is still enabled.

The CC is learned already which indicates that the fader is sending midi.
