Native Access 3.14?? What's that about??

I just downloaded version 3.14 and there's little to no information about what it's about. Just a vague reference about dealing with Proxy's in downloading situations from some months back, but there's nothing at all in the release notes more specific than that.

Anyone know anything?

Installed without problems on Thinkpad with Intel 11th gen and Windows 11 Pro.
