Support problem

I having a nightmare trying to contact support, the only way i can see is to use the live chat, but whenever i use it i get no reply or anything, not even an automated one or bot. I have no idea what is going on and i am hoping someone can help

thanks, i have just tried using the chat on Chrome and its woking ok now, My question was does 15 Collector's edition include PRISM Retro Pop Drums ? many thanks
