Start record from position with count in not work

How can I start record from MK3 at any position in the song (clip) with count in? 

If I use "Shift + Rec" it starts with count in but the position is from the beginning and not from my position. If I only use "Rec" it works but with no count in.

Any idea how to solve it ?

You can set a loop brace in the exact area you wish to record in, then shift+rec will count-in from the start of the loop brace; I'm assuming you want to record a Clip.

The low contrast makes it a bit hard to see the loop brace (since Loop is Off) but it's there, highlighted in red. Turn on Audio in the video to hear the count-in.

If it not works I have an idea how to add it.

Add new parameters in already existing function then hold down "record":

new button : Count in on/off

new parameter : Count in measure : 1/2/4bar

Even better "set cuepoint in and out for record" ;-)

That means: To use count in record set loop brackets. SHIFT + LOOP
