Native Access could not find the content. Can I redownload it individually?

Native Access could not find the content and I can not relocate it cause the Native Access did not download the content correctly.

  • The pic below show the correct path of my content location


  • The pic below show the Content location is not my choosing path and I can not find that kontakt library (totally 5 kontakt libraries) on that path. So I think Native Access did not download those 5 kontakt libraries correctly.


CAN I REDOWNLOAD IT INDIVIDUALLY? or what should i do?
