Display froze

in Komplete Kontrol

Hi guys,

I have an issue with my Komplete Kontrol S49 Mk2. I can't access anything from the display; it's frozen on "Smart Keyboard Controller." None of the buttons are working. I bought the keyboard second-hand from the store, so I'm trying to use the key from the back of the keyboard, but it says it has already been used. I am waiting for an email from Native Instruments to see if we can sort this out. However, as far as I know, it’s supposed to work anyway. by the way im using ableton

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?
