How do I get my 3rd party programs?

Under my product is a 3rd party application I want to download. You can't download it but you can send a request to download. The problem is that code/registration number is not accepted. The worst part is that there is no longer tech support and you can't create a ticket anymore.

    Which application are you trying to download, and which product was it included with ?

    I've removed the screenshot - generally not a good idea to post serial numbers on a public forum.

    I'd have though you'd download from Native Access, but I'm not that familiar with Soundiron products. @Mert_NI might be able to help, or possibly contact support at Soundiron?

    Hello David, if you are seeing "Locate" besides the 3rd Party Library, this means this can't be installed from Native Access but you will need to contact the Soundiron to install this library.
