Can't reactivate Traktor Pro Plus in Traktor 3
Hi there,
I have a valid Traktor Pro Plus subscription, and am due to have this end in September of next year according to the Subscription page in my account. I was charged for an additional year on 30 August this year.
When I opened my copy of Traktor 3 today, I received a message saying my subscription has expired. It has then opened Preferences and is showing my subscription as Inactive.
When I click Subscribe Now, I'm taken to the product page for Traktor 4.
As I've previously mentioned in other comments, I'm unable to upgrade to Traktor 4 as I'm running an older MacBook Pro that cannot upgrade to macOS 12, which is the minimum OS version required for Traktor 4.
I have also not received an email about a discount to upgrade to Traktor Pro 4, which I would like to take advantage of for when I am able to upgrade to a new MacBook, which is not in the short term.
Can you please assist? I've been a very long term Traktor user and am already disappointed that I'll be losing the Pro Plus features at the end of the year, but they've already been disabled for me and this is a huge hit to my creative flow and setup.

As @DanteBen says the support link doesn‘t let him log a case, I am afraid he hasn‘t opened a ticket at all. But if anyone can sort it out it is the support team. Here in the community most of us are only customers as you and can do nothing about it.
You have to go to NI website and log you in there. Then Support → Purchase & Account → Account support → scroll down to the bottom → Contact support
Yes it is a bit hidden. As @Heisenberg wrote: Don‘t expect a reaction before Monday in Germany.
BTW: If this is the wrong support category feel free to correct me. But I got my Traktor Pro Plus issue sorted out this way.

As far as I know, Pro Plus will be deactivated towards the end of the year anyway, so you don't have much time to find a solution.
If you have some technical understanding you could take a look at open core legacy patcher to bring your MacBook up to date.
(Don't forget backups)

Also the NI support link doesn’t let me log a case with NI, so this seems the most appropriate place to log it.
Is NI really going to ignore a customer since original Traktor Scratch days? Pretty poor if so.

Thanks for the help, I’ve been trying to log a case with NI support for weeks and it felt like they’d given up on supporting their users. It’s one thing to point people to a knowledge base in the first instance, it’s another entirely to make it that difficult to raise a support case.

I think they should just make a last update to 3, with the Plus unlocked forever for everyone who ever subscribed.

There is already such a version and it is called Traktor Pro 4! 🤷🏻

Traktor Proo Plus does not longer existe. When NI released TP4 they deactivate Tractor plus as all the features that Plus had it is integrated in TP4.
Same as you I paid for Plus subscription when it was released, but now that everything is integrated in TP4. Tractor Pro Plus won't work even in TP3

What exactly does not work when you try to contact support?
Are you able to click on the chat bubble and start writing?
