What do you mean with Traktor 4 Mk3? Any version of Traktor Pro 4 (the software) contains the stem separation function. If you own a Kontrol S4 Mk3 (the hardware) you can use this controller with Traktor Pro 4. But if you own it already for some time Traktor Pro 4 is a paid upgrade as this controller came with Traktor Pro 3 till July. If you buy it new today it contains a licence of Traktor Pro 4.
