Kontakt 7 missing majority of Library

As you can see, my Kontakt 7 library on the left has only a fraction of its complete Library, which does show up in my Komplete Kontrol on the right. I tried deleting the database and having Kontakt repopulate it, but no luck. I can even see these libraries on my Kontakt Settings page (their boxes are clicked ON).

What do>?

    I've got the same problem. There's no "regular" way I can find to fix this. Kontakt shows 15 libraries, while Native Access shows 269 units.
    Pls anyone?

    This is the result of the KONTAKT 7 update. My library did NOT change, KONTAKT changed and ****** up. Rescanning libraries, replacing libraries, is only creating more mess. So I have to go check 25k+ files with this ridiculously ancient little popup tool? I have you clean up YOUR mess?

    I URGE NI TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF THE PREVIOUS VERSION. I SERIOUSLY CONSIDER TO SUE YOU.
