but when i want to open i cant nothings happen pls help me

    With no usable information at all then it is hard to give any advice.

    When seeking advice then please always state computer type , exact OS version , N.A. version (if possible) and include any error message or screenshot of same and tell what you have done so far to trouble shoot.
