Controller Editor does not connect

Good morning everyone, I have an NI Control s series, which works perfectly with Komplete Control and Native Access, but is not seen by the Controller Editor.
I would like to save the templates I created from the keyboard, but I can't.
Anyone have an idea?

Controller editor is only for Mk1 keyboards. If you have a MkIII you can create and save templates on the device if you have updated to the latest firmware
