LED only lights up when the button is pressed

Hi there,
I need some advice. I have configure my Controller (Hercules Inpulse 300) in Traktor Pro 4 and everything works as expecte except the LED's. They only lights up when I press and hold a button. As soon as the button is no longer pressed, the LED no longer lights up.
This is particularly noticeable with the play, loop and headphone buttons, which really confuses me when I'm mixing. The buttons should light up as long as a track is playing or a loop is active, etc. .
I have attached a screenshot showing how I set the output of the play button. Have I forgotten something?
Just for your information, it works without any problems in Mixxx and DJuiced.I hope someone can help me.

You could try to map the play button (toggle mode) (IN and OUT) to a CC value and not to a note (G-1) as currently…just a guess…

You might find out why Mixxx and DJuiced work and go from there. There must be a difference somewhere.
