2 application download error/invalid location

how do you fix this error?

the problem is that the 2 applications does not have a name vs the other apps.

    You are far too skinny on the information , perhaps if you gave some basic info and a screenshot of the nameless application. (Basic info usually includes e.g. OS version , and Native Access version)

    That said then if it's some blue graphics stuff then it has been seen before that some downloads for some older legacy software appears this way in the interface (related to old Kontakt or Reaktor?). Another problem that has previously been seen are some squares that does not represent any actual downloads and that has appeared if people have show legacy software turned on in Native Access (The latter I would have thought were already fixed).

    Buit give some more information including a screenshot that we may better make an assessment of the problem.
