X1 Mk3 Faulty LED screen not working fully after Firmware 0.2.7 Update

Hello,

The left LED screen on my device just stopped working correctly after doing the Firmware 0.2.7 Update. On the picture does not look as bad as it is in real, but the brightness has gone down almost fully. With daylight now is very difficult to see. I tried restarting, resetting to default via Traktor Pro 4 and nothing seems to fix it.

Anyone experience something similar? Can support help with hardware issues directly?
