Native 360 question about Kontact

Hello yes I have 360 plus and it says that it comes with a kontact player but when I try to download certain packages they say that I need a kontact player to use and that I don't have one installed. The only ones I see is 6 or 7 to install so my question is do 6 or 7 come with plus and if not then how do I get the Kontact player that comes with plus. I've been trying to get in touch with NI and there seems to be no way to do that. Do anybody know how to get in touch with them. Any help would be appreciated.

    @Dyverse33 You should simply download and install Kontakt 7 Player which should be available in Native Access. whether you have a 360 subscription or not, it doesn't affect Kontakt 7 Player.

    Can you find it in Native Access? Can you open it in standalone?
