does absynth work in standalone mode? and if so why does it not appear in the available list on my hardware librarry? how do i get it onto my SD card?
Since you mention a SD card I assume you mean Maschine Plus. Maschine standalone might have been confusing, because it could also be the Maschine desktop software.
So in Maschine Plus you can only have these products:

Absynth is not in the list. You can use the autosampler function in this case.
Absynth was VST2 only and does work standalone on the desktop (Windows 10 in my case)
If you were licensed for it over the years - it should be in your account.
I am not a Maschine (hardware) user - but it should be usable on this device just like any other NI/third party VST

On Mx Macs it would need to be run in Rosetta mode
