How do I get Native Access to work again?

I have used Native Access in the past and it even opened up this time. However, after stopping the download of Middle Eastern Percussion for lack of hard drive space, Native Access was no longer the correct version. I've downloaded the "Legacy" versions for my OS but none of them will work. I've run out of options.
