How to use my native instrument micro mk3 on my MacBook Pro m2pro
I have been away on my native instrument account for a while. Today I decided to use the micro mk3 on my laptop but I could not find the product listed on my account. Even I try to add the hadware Serial the system did not accept it. What should I do? The order support team does not have any contact email? the AI Assistant also useless. Can anybody help ? thanks in deed.

Hardware products can not be seen in Native Access. Software, can.
In your case, there is no software named as "Mikro mk3". There is the Maschine software. No matter what your Maschine controller is, they all use the same software. So once you registered your hardware serial, you will see some software products (instruments, libraries etc etc) who comes with your hardware. Those are the ones you have to install for your Mikro to work (though it can still work, as a Midi device, even if you don't install any NI software).

Thanks for your reply @Sunborn, Yeah you are write I was using the native instrument micro mk3 hardware with Maschine 2 Essential software, even that software is not listed on my products. When I search it, it shows up with 99€ cost. Why? That's strange. Do you have any idea how I will contact directly with native instrument to find the solution for that. I am the first user of that hardware. It is not a second hand

Before that, lets make sure that you did the right steps, and btw, please do not post serials in public (i deleted your photo for this reason, even though the serials were only partially visible)… it is mostly for your own benefit and protection. :-)
You can post a photo again if you wish, but please only the names of the products not the serials.- Are there any product listed as "Not registered"? (above the list in your photo)
- Did you add correctly your hardware serial in Native Access?

Ok, yeah you are right for the serials, thanks for that. I double check the serials written on the black card. And checked the Not registered products , no not there either.

I am in Türkiye, I bought the product from you distributer. Not Online.

Just to be sure, because your answer ("checked the Not registered products , no not there either") is not clear enough. Are there ANY products at all in the "Not Registered" section?
If not, then whatever products are in your possession, are already registered and visible in Native Access. Just need to install them. :-)

How I can download maschine essential 2 , cause the mk3 is also not working, When I first plug to computer all the lights starts blinking then it shut down it self. I guess it also needs to be updated (firmware).

Ok just one more question, CAn anyone at native instrument could tell me the account name like a…@g….com to me if I share the license of the my mikro mk3. Maybe I might have open a new account when I bought the device back in 2018

Ok, you have a lot of not registered material, and all you need to do is to open Native Access and install them, to become registered! However, i can not see any Maschine software, either the essential either the full version. So, is it possible that you have a second account? This is something that only an official NI employee can answer, thus i will tag @Jeremy_NI and @Matthew_NI they can help you to find out. :-)

@Okayra I have checked your account and none of these products shown show on the account using the same email address as this forum. I suspect you have another NI account attached to another email address. Since it requires private data I would recommend to contact our reguistration/account support here: https://bit.ly/n1acc
