Order Issues with Kontakt 7 Bundle Crossgrade: No Access, No Confirmation, No Response

Hello. I was using the free Kontakt player and two days ago, I purchased the Kontakt 7 Bundle Crossgrade from the NI website. The $99 was charged immediately, but I can't access the download, and I still haven't received an order confirmation for the Kontakt 7 Bundle Crossgrade I bought. I contacted customer support via chat, but I haven't received a response even after a day.

To make matters worse, my order history has disappeared, so I can't even check my purchase status. I've never experienced anything like this when buying digital products before…
