Customer Support Agent waiting time?

Any ideas how long it usually takes to connect to a Customer Support Agent? The AI Virtual Chat has attempted to connect me, but nothing has happened for an hour or so..

My experience is that NI support is the best. What they did to help me is beyond business but I knew that I can be patient or...not solving my situation.

Be patient because you need human and it's...rare resource, respect that because someone will help you.
