Hardware not lining up with software

The EQ's on deck D are not synced up with the EQ's in the software. And my Fader on deck B is not synced up with the software. I tried recalibrating and resetting back to the factory settings without any luck.

Remap (overmap) the flunky hardware controls to the corresponding software controls in the default mapping for the device in the controller manager. I did this for all four gain knobs of my s4 and now it's more accurate.
