Problems starting komplete Kontrol DAW

I apologize in advance if my English is bad.

Good morning, I need help because I'm going crazy: to make my NI A25 recognized as komplete Kontrol DAW I have to unplug the USB cable and reconnect it with the computer on (Win 11), otherwise there is no way for this to happen automatically. Unfortunately it only works as a midi controller and not as a DAW manager.

I have done all the tests:

1. installed BMidi again
2. the services are automatically arranged
3. I uninstalled and reinstalled komplete Kontrol together with all the drivers, but nothing there is no way.
4. firmware updated to the latest release.
   I kindly ask you to give me some help because otherwise I will have to format everything again, and I don't want to do this

@Enzo77 Are you using some kind of registry cleaner or app like CCleaner? Notes on Using Registry or Property List Cleaning Utilities

So if you uninstall it, or at least whitelist NI software, reinstall Komplete Kontrol, do you still get this issue?

yes, in fact I'm seriously considering formatting everything. but this thing is really inconvenient.

I share your expience but I get last veoof the project save option.

I'm going everything to be effective without complicating. Under 5 minutes I know what I am doing or I missed or lost inspiration and honestly I don't force it. I played for more than 8 hours without any dropouts but even music relaxed me and music was playing more than 12h.
