Komplete Kontrol only working as a basic MIDI controller
I bought a Komplete Kontrol M32 keyboard and it connects to my computer but it only seems to be working in MIDI mode. The quick setup guide shows that you should be able to load up the Komplete Kontrol software and then press Browser on the hardware keyboard, but mine just says "Instance - No Instances" and it cannot control anything. I have gone through the troubleshooting steps in this article but no luck:

I have attached a photo of the keyboard screen

Thank you Matthew, I did not have 3.3.1 installed and it seems to be working now. I only downloaded KK today so I just assumed that it would have downloaded the most up to date version, but I had 3.3.0 installed.

What version of KK have you installed? Please ensure it is KK 3.3.1

Ohhh I see thank you, so was this a bug that was fixed in the update? Or is it just the version mismatch between the hardware and KK that was causing the problem?
