So I have a Kontrol s3 which shipped with Pro 3, would it be possible to get an upgrade as the S3 is shipping with pro 4? Sorry if this is a stupid question :/

If you bought your S3 right before TP4 came out, you could ask NI support if they are willing to give a free upgrade.
If you bought your S3 a long time ago, you will have to pay the upgrade price like everyone else.
How would I ask/Contact them? They don't seem to have an email or phone number anywhere
