Allen & Heath unable filter options

When I turn on my Xone 43C in traktor, for some reason the filter options, eq and all the mixer get unable and I dont know why. I just want to use only the Filter option.

Does anybody has the same problem?

Preferences → Mixer → External Mixing Mode (check the box for equalizer/filter).

Since you got the 43C i assume that Traktor automatically select the mixers interface as the audio device and goes external. Is that true in your case?

You may want to go into more detail what you want to achieve and what your settings are. Maybe with screenshots of the audio setup and the mixer page i mentioned above.
