Hi all, I have a new Mac mini which is showing the downloads for my old computer. Is there a way I can reset the installs to suit my new Mac? I have tried under file management and everything is pointing to the correct locations but say locate which I of course cannot do. Any advice appreciated..

It sounds like you're the perfect candidate for the new feature in Native Access 3.13 in the Maintenance Menu on the lower left. Assuming you've copied those libraries over to the new computer in similar directories, you just select either Repair Installed Products or Locate Product Content and select the parent directories to get things linked back up.

Not understanding the question. What exactly do you mean by “ showing the downloads for my old computer”?

When you set up Native Access 3.13 on your new machine and login when prompted - you will only ever see the products that appear in your NI Acct. Which logically will always be the same on any machine you install to.

Thank you DunedinDragon, so far as I can see it solves the problem.
