Post Fader effects with Allan and Heath PX5

Hello so i was playing in a bar with allan and heath px5 and traktor x1.I realised that post fader effects doesnt work with this mixer cause there was no tail off.I was trying to figure this out while i was playing but it was pointless so i was struggling to make my set nice.Is there any way i can fix this?Thank you team

Did you use the build in fx from the mixer or from traktor?

And if from traktor, did you use send / return from the mixer to traktor?
