how long is the rma process

I need to send my sm4 mk3 back as left screen has stopped working how long does it take to get it back ?

Hey I'm doing the RMA for a S2 mk3. Mail from support says:

"Generally speaking, it takes 2-5 business days shipping time each way and 48 hours (2 business days) testing time while we have it., The whole process will normally take about 2-3 weeks or less. (Please note shipping and inventory delays may occur.)"

Im from South America, maybe you are closer..
