How to download plugins in Native Access

I've downloaded the Komplete 14 Ultimate bundle but can't install any of the plugins in Native Access a red code keeps popping up saying "Download failed". Does any one know how to resolve this?

Hello Tmak, sorry for the issue.

If you are using macOS, this issue can be caused by the "Private Relay" settings.

f you are receiving the "Download Failed" error message, please perform the following steps:

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
Click iCloud on the right, click Private Relay, then turn off Private Relay.

you could try to clean the na download folder, or just try later again.
