It doesn't seem like submitting tickets on the iZotope site is working, so I'm hoping I can get some help here.
OS = Windows 10
I haven't been able to use my copy of RX9 Advanced because it freezes whenever I open it. I've tried reinstalling the app using the iZotope product portal and using the standalone installer from the support site. I've also deleted my session data, and still it crashes.
When I open the RX9 app, the main window loads and then it tries to open some module windows (declick and Plug-in) which causes it to freeze.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
