How to contact customer support

After initial contact with customer product support via the chat assistant I can no longer make any contact because the chat won't reset.

Can anyone tell me how to reset it

    Had the same issue. Just added my new support incident to the chat it got resolved the next day.

    It is weekend, I expect they will reply tomorrow. Took till next day after my last contact (within the week). Another contact before took a week till I got a reply.

    I have been searching for hours now trying to find a way to contact support!!! what is going on? all the links I've seen posted re now dead or just send me back here! can anyone help me?

    For hours? Did you go to the main site and click the link at the top right that says SUPPORT?

    Type in whatever you need support for and results appear below.

    Alternatively why not say what you need help with here. We can't help unless you provide information.

    You need to log in to your NI account then go to Ni's website, click on SUPPORT and then:

    It is kind of weird , as far as I know then you can not really reset the support interface. To the extend that the interface is not completely locked by you having opened a ticket or something (I don't know if interfaces still does that and can not find out if so without opening a ticket myself) then you need to train in how work with the support interface and how to work around the support interface.

    But with reference to the screenshot below then in the situation below then continue seeking support through the chat already filled in then select NO that did not help and continue doing that until it either says that it needs to gather information about the problem or describe problem in one line which is the opening of the ticket stage

    OR

    If you want to try start conversation over then input new text in the Type a message field instead.

    I completely concur that there ought to be a reset conversation option in the chat interface and have asked for this myself but as far as I know then it has not been implemented directly..
