i hate the fact that you have to come on here like Karen screaming, because i feel that on one hand you have AMAZING hardware and software but having to wait a week to get a digital product is crazy and you have my money

It's not being a Karen to want to get the stuff that you ordered , especially then you ought not have to wait 12 days to get a resolution , be that to get the order fulfilled or to have the order rejected for whatever reason (not saying that it is rejected just that you ought not have to have to wait that long no matter what).
Use purchase support , they supposedly should have a chat option , et least in daytime :
