Will Pro 4 update work is using Macos big sur 11.7?

Hi

I have purchased the pro 4 update and when i go to download the update in Native access I don't see the upgrade there to download.
I'm currently using Macos big sur 11.7 so wanted to know if there are compatibility issues with this older version?

Nope, minimum Mac OS 12.

Possibly 2 unrelated issues:

log in and check via your account on the NI site - I didn't see an upgrade in Native Access either.

if it is there, you should probably give it a try….whether or not it will actually work you never know. Some things do sometimes work even if out of official spec. Also I'm not sure NA is smart enough to hide an update based on your OS….who knows?
