After X1 MK3 registration - there is no Traktor 4 on my account

just registered brand new X1 MK3 inside Native Access and there is no Traktor 4 license - I need to wait?

Didn‘t got a licence for my S4 Mk3 yesterday. After I contacted support they added it manually to my account. I suggest you contact support. They will sort it out.

I have the same problem with my X1 MK3, were you able to resolve the issue? How did you contact them, do you have an email address?

Login using bottom button and create a ticket - support will add Traktor Pro 4 serial to your account

Log in, scroll down, there should be a chat bubble somewhere, talk to the bot and it should connect you to a human.

I created a ticket when I purchased X1mk3 last Friday, got sorted within a few hours and used Traktor Pro 4 for my gig on Sat night without issues!

Using the Chat bot for support but has not connected me to a support agent. I Purchase X1Mk3 and did not get any voucher. Following registration , no Traktor 4 software in my Native Access app. I probably think support would need to add the license for Traktor 4 to my account.
If anyone from NI is reading this then please can you put a note to support.

@Jeremy_NI Sorry to trouble you. Do we just have to wait for the chat bot to update or is it stuck. The messages seem to get sent but not sure if anyone is reading them. Are you able to check with support for me to get this progressed or do I just need to wait for a while ?
