Unable to qualify for the update pricing option for TP4

Help!

Trying to update from TP3 to TP4 but the NI shopping screen says I don’t qualify for cheaper pricing as it only applies if I’m a registered user of TP3 and that I can’t install and activate TP4 unless I own TP3!

The thing is I already own TP3 which has a proper serial number. I got TP3 for free as it was bundled with the NI Kontrol S4 Mk3 when I purchased it brand new several years ago. I then downloaded TP3 through the Native Access app after I’d registered the S4mk3. And I can still see TP3 in my Native Access profile.

So shouldn’t I still be eligible to upgrade from TP3 to TP4 at the upgrade price, not the full price?

Or perhaps because I didn’t purchase the full version of TP3 as I got it free with the S4mk3 that now I’m not eligible to update to TP4? And have to buy the full version of TP4 ?

Side note: I just tried to register the serial number of my TP3 software in my NI account, but it doesn’t seem to recognise that Serial number even though I can see it in Native Access and in the about / info box of TP3. Is this perhaps the reason? That they need to see that I had registered the TP3 software that came with my S4mk3 individually before I can update to TP4??

    not sure if i should open a new topic. I also qualify for cheaper pricing for Traktor 4, but it says i do not qualify.

    I would apreciate it a lot if someone could check my account also!
