I've installed and uninstalled Native Access several times and it doesn't open

I created my account and installed Native Access for windows. I click on it but it never opens, i don't know what to do anymore. I updated all the drivers and everything i could do for it. However, nothing worked. Always i click on the software it just doesn't open at all.

Hello Nate10 and hello 1since, we are sorry for the issue. We are aware of this issue on especially Windows computer and our teams are working on this issue to solve it as soon as possible in the next update.

In the meantime, i can just advise you to downgrade your Native Access:
