Is there a Kontakt 7 update to V 7.9 available? Can't find it in Native Access.

Hi everybody! I've bought and updated some libraries (which I cannot use currently). They are demanding version 7.9? But I can't get it in Native Access. Is it available? Update doesn't appear in Native Access? Tried on two computers, both Windows 10. Has anybody an idea?

Are you running the latest Native Access 2 (3.12.1) ? If you're on the older version it might not pick up on the updates.

Sounds like an old version of NA. Let us know what version you are using.

It needs to be v3.12.1 ideally.

That solves the problem. I thought NA updates itself to the current version.
