"Unable To Login to Native Access" even with trying the workarounds in the article

hey mert nothing is showing up :( i just tried on my mac 14.5 and there version 3.12.1 works no problem.
i deinstalled native access on my windows 11 pc and now i even cant install it. this versions seems to be very broken on windows :(

Interesting can you please send us a screenshot of which kind of error message that you are receiving while trying to re-install the Native Access.

thats the problem nothing shows up i start the installer in admin modus and then the progressbar comes up and a sec later nothing also nothing in the task manger. very very weird.

i just looked inside C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Native Access and its there i thought that after the installation a success message comes? but still if i start Native Access.exe as normal user or admin nothing happens

sady the same :( no error nothing it is installed but to me it seems the installation process is not finished or does the installer not change something in the registry?
you have perhabs a link to an older version? the link you provided seems to have the exat same version as the one i i installed before the Native Access.exe is from 05.07.2024 14:54

this does the trick :) now it starts but nothing is installed HAHAHHA 3.12.1 seems to be still buggy ;)

Hi. I'm on a Macbook Pro M3 Max, Sonoma 14.5. I tried the workaround (deleting Native Access & the NTK folder in Library/Native Access, restarting, downloading Native Access, turning off VPN), but I still cannot log in.
What else can I do to fix this? I have purchased the upgrade from Traktor Pro 3 to 4 but cannot use it without Native Access.
