It is in stock at Native Instruments, at Thomann, at Music Store. Guitar Center list it as in stock to add a store outside of Germany. Just Sweetwater has it on backorder.
Not “in stock” at NI online store for US?

Wasn't sure where you are from. Here in Germany NI has it on stock. But good you got one now. :-)
Germany always seems to have more stock than the US … not sure if that’s good or bad for NI or US is just musically backwards … haha
I have a few German friends and I’m eternally jealous of how much vacation time they get compared to US … they understand life balance.
