If an existing Komplete Audio user buys a new KA, is he entitled to to new licenses for e.g. Ableton

My Komplete Audio stopped functioning outside warranty. I wonder whether I would get new licenses for e.g. Ableton or would I have to continue to use the old licenses.

I am asking because my email inbox was erased and I am not sure how to find my old license information.

Hi @alwinvrm you'll receive a new license when you buy a new Komplete Audio.

But also, don't worry about the erased email. You can request a license again. Just get in touch with our support team directly and we'll provide you with a link where you can request it: https://bit.ly/n1registr

If you log in over at Ableton and then scroll down the account page then there ought to be a 'View Serials' option that will show the serials that you have registered : https://www.ableton.com/en/account/

Also , as already informed by Kaiwan_NI then you get a another Ableton Live serial with every piece of N.I. hardware that normally comes with Ableton Live like you will also get another copy of Komplete Select with every piece of hardware that comes with Komplete Select , though it ought to be noticed that the Komplete Select for HW usually can not be transferred if it is what is considered as base software for the device (but is given for free to every owner including when if you sell later or buy second-hand yourself) .
