NI Installation stuck (it was just ONE library)

Hi, I recently bought Komplete Standard and East Asia Library (which was not included in Standard). Already downloaded all the necessary apps. Opened Native Access and then downloaded just the East Asia Library. Everything was going cool until the last 3 MINUTES. It got stuck. So I clicked on the cross to cancel the downloading. In my external SSD (where I have the content location) still remains the folder created automatically while installing that thing. Should I just erase that folder and try again the installation or what is the proper way?

I think you can try to re-download to the same location and hopefully download continues where it last stopped. In case it gets stuck there again you can delete the East Asia Library folder; Native Access will create the folder again when you retry.

Glad you got it going!

But next time, please tell us what OS (Mac, PC) and what version, as well as the version of Native Access. Because if you were still having trouble, I would have had to ask that…and then it just adds to the time we have to spend going back and forth.
