Problems in Native Access

Hello guys, I have a big problem. I can't install my products. Every time I click on install, in one second a message pup up and said "Download failed". I follow all the instructions on Native Instruments page but nothing work. I uninstall all the product, then I delete Native Access. I put an image of the situation on Native Access. Please help me, It's going to be 5 or 6 months I try to fix this problem.

    Hi, same problem here, I just purchased Irish & Kontakt 7 but I can't install those products "Download failed" 😞 …

    Full disk Access is OK but I don't have the following path :

    NI Libraries or .nicnt

    So with patience what finally worked? And where do you find the daemon.log file Hayo was referring to? I'm having the same issues with 8 new updates that won't install. I have an open ticket but if you have a solution please share.
